Alamo 48 Studio provides custom digital website design and development services. Each project is a custom-built digital product created to the specifications gathered during the onboarding process. This is not a template or pre-built product — each site is designed and built specifically for your business.
When you check out with a card, a temporary authorization hold is placed on your card to reserve your project slot. Your card is not charged until your project has been reviewed and approved by our team. If the project does not proceed to approval, the hold is released automatically by your bank (typically within 5-7 business days).
If you select a financing option (such as Klarna or Affirm), your payment arrangement begins at checkout. Financing is a separate commitment from the card authorization model and is subject to the terms of the financing provider.
Optional monthly care subscriptions are billed separately on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
After checkout, you complete an onboarding intake form providing your business details, design preferences, and required materials. Your submission is reviewed by our team within 24 hours. Once approved, your 48-hour build begins. You receive a preview of your completed site for review before final delivery.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, necessary materials (logos, images, content), and timely responses during the onboarding and review process. Delays in providing required materials may affect your delivery timeline.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership rights to your completed website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Refund eligibility depends on project stage. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with your payment provider, as we can often resolve concerns faster through direct communication.
If you have a concern about your project or payment, please contact our team at support@alamo48.studio before filing a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in additional fees.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
