Every Alamo 48 Studio project is a custom-built digital product designed and developed specifically for your business. Because each project involves dedicated design and development work, refund eligibility depends on the stage of your project.

If you checked out with a card, a temporary authorization hold was placed on your card — you were not charged. If your project does not proceed to the approval stage, the hold is automatically released by your bank. No refund is necessary because no charge was made. Release timing depends on your bank (typically 5-7 business days).
If you selected a financing option (Klarna, Affirm, or similar), your payment arrangement began at checkout. Refunds for financed payments are processed through Stripe and are subject to the financing provider's policies. Contact us to initiate a refund request.
Contact us at support@alamo48.studio with your project details. We review all refund requests within 2 business days. Please contact us directly before filing a dispute with your payment provider — we can resolve most concerns faster through direct communication.
We maintain records of checkout agreements, onboarding submissions, review approvals, and project delivery for every transaction. If a payment dispute is filed, we will provide this evidence to your payment provider. We strongly encourage reaching out to us first so we can work together to find a resolution.
